Atlanta Falcons
Mercedes-Benz Stadium opened in 2017 in Atlanta, GA, as the home of the Atlanta Falcons (NFL). The 71,000-capacity venue was designed by HOK and features a retractable roof of eight triangular panels that open in a pinwheel pattern, inspired by the Roman Pantheon. The stadium hosted Super Bowl LIII in 2019 and is scheduled to host Super Bowl LXII in 2028. The playing surface is FieldTurf CORE / Revolution 360 artificial turf, with temporary natural grass installed for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.
Built to replace the Georgia Dome. The design was inspired by the oculus of the Pantheon and the wings of a bird.
The lower bowl puts you close to the Falcons Drumline. For value, the 300-level still provides clear views of the massive Halo Board.
MARTA (Vine City station) is highly recommended. If driving, book the Home Depot Backyard lot for the premier tailgating experience.
Enjoy the "fan-first" pricing on concessions—hot dogs and sodas are $2. Watch for the "Bird Walk" pre-game parade and the ceremonial train horn blast.
