• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service.

The Service includes curated content including but not limited to local recommendations, gameday guides, parking information, and editorial descriptions. This content represents significant curation and editorial effort.

• User Content: Stamp data you create remains yours.
• Curated Content: Local recommendations, guides, and editorial content are the property of Fan Stamp and may not be copied, scraped, or redistributed without permission.
• Factual Data: Basic stadium facts (capacity, location) are publicly available and not claimed as exclusive.

🚫Prohibited Scraping & Data Collection

You expressly agree not to:

• Use web scrapers, crawlers, or automated tools to extract content from the Service.
• Collect or harvest any information from the Service for use in competing products.
• Create derivative databases from Fan Stamp content.
• Access the Service via any automated means at a rate exceeding reasonable human usage.

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access and pursuit of legal remedies.

Fan Stamp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service (which is zero for free users).
