Bethune–Cookman Wildcats
Daytona Stadium is the home of the Bethune-Cookman Wildcats football team in Daytona Beach, Florida. Built with a 1987 groundbreaking and opened on September 2, 1988, as Municipal Stadium, the 10,000-seat venue was funded in part by the City of Daytona Beach and a donation from Daytona International Speedway. Bethune-Cookman, a member of the Southwestern Athletic Conference, has played home games at the stadium since it opened.
The stadium was built in 1988 with partial funding from the City of Daytona Beach (from the sale of another stadium) and a donation from Daytona International Speedway. It was designed to provide a modern home for Bethune-Cookman football and community events.
The stadium offers intimate sightlines throughout. Mid-field seating provides the best views of the Wildcats' high-energy offense.
Stadium parking is available on-site. The venue is easily accessible from I-95 and International Speedway Boulevard.
Bethune-Cookman has sent 30+ players to the NFL, including Hall of Famer Larry Little. The Marching Wildcats bring HBCU band culture to every home game.
