Los Angeles Angels
Anaheim, CA
Angel Stadium (the "Big A") is the fourth-oldest ballpark in MLB. It is famous for the "California Spectacular" rock pile in center field, which shoots fireworks and water after home runs and wins.
Built to bring the Angels from Los Angeles to Orange County. It was later renovated into a multi-purpose stadium for the Rams and then returned to a baseball-only design.
Lower level seats on the first-base side get shade earliest. The "Trout Farm" in center field is the heart of the home run zone.
Driving is standard in Anaheim; the stadium has a massive, efficiently managed lot. The ARTIC transit hub is also a 10-minute walk away for rail users.
Take a photo with the 230-foot "Big A" sign in the parking lot. Watch for the Rally Monkey on the video board during high-leverage late-inning situations.
