📖About InfoCision Stadium–Summa Field

InfoCision Stadium–Summa Field opened September 12, 2009, on the University of Akron campus in Akron, Ohio, as home of the Akron Zips football team. Designed by HNTB Architecture, Inc. at a cost of $61.6 million, the stadium seats 30,000 and plays on ProGrass artificial turf. The name reflects a $10 million donation by InfoCision Management Corporation founder Gary Taylor; Summa Health System contributed $5 million for field naming rights.
