Eccles Coliseum has been the home of Southern Utah football since 1967. With seating for 8,500 and maximum capacity over 10,000, the stadium is renowned for its spectacular mountain backdrop, providing one of the most scenic settings in college football. The facility was renovated in 1997 and named in honor of George S. and Dolores Eccles, whose foundation contributed significantly to the reconstruction project.
