💡 Day-use pass is $15/vehicle (Utah residents) or $20/vehicle (non-residents) as of July 2025 — the old $10 rate no longer applies. Arrive early in summer — the parking lot fills by mid-morning on weekends. The Jenny's Canyon and Petrified Dunes trails are short, easy, and visually striking.

A genuine working paleontology site built over an Early Jurassic trackway where real dinosaur footprints were unearthed during a construction project, with life-sized models and an active fossil prep lab you can watch through a window.

💡 Open daily 10 AM–5 PM; ticket sales close at 4:30 PM. Admission is $10 adults, $9 seniors (70+), $5 ages 5–17, free under 5. Budget 60–90 minutes. The fossil trackway floor is the real draw — the interpretive signage explains exactly which prints belong to which species.

A free, nearly five-acre water-wise botanical garden operated by the Washington County Water Conservancy District, featuring 5,000+ labeled desert plants, a replica slot canyon, dinosaur tracks, and panoramic views over St. George.

💡 Open daily 6 AM–10 PM, no admission charge. The shaded loop is compact enough for a 30-minute stroll before or after the game. The replica slot canyon is a fun photo stop for families.

A free 52-acre city park at the base of the Red Cliffs Conservation Area where a short scramble up the iconic Dixie Sugarloaf sandstone dome rewards visitors with the best panoramic view over the city and surrounding red-rock landscape.

💡 Open daily 6 AM–10 PM. The rock scramble to the summit is unshaded — go at sunset for cooler temps and spectacular light on the cliffs. Sturdy footwear recommended; trail shoes beat sandals on the sandstone.
