📖About Casino Del Sol Stadium

Arizona Stadium holds 50,782 and is one of the most scenic venues in college football, surrounded by the Sonoran Desert and the Santa Catalina Mountains. Opened in 1928, it's the oldest stadium in the Pac-12 footprint and features one of the best sunsets in college sports.

Opened October 27, 1928 with a 28-0 win over Caltech. Built for $165,000, the original stadium seated 7,000. Named simply Arizona Stadium.
