North Carolina A&T Aggies
Truist Stadium opened in 1981 as Aggie Stadium, replacing the historic World War Memorial Stadium where NC A&T had played since the 1920s. With a capacity of 21,500, it's the largest venue in CAA Football and has hosted decades of MEAC and Big South Conference championships.
The stadium was built to replace World War Memorial Stadium (built 1926), which A&T had shared with the city of Greensboro. The new on-campus facility provided the Aggies with their own home and significantly increased capacity.
As the largest CAA Football venue, Truist Stadium offers a big-game atmosphere. The capacity of 21,500 provides an electric environment for rivalry games and homecoming.
Located in Greensboro with easy highway access. Campus parking available, but the large capacity means big crowds for popular games. Arrive 2-3 hours early.
NC A&T offers premier HBCU gameday atmosphere with one of the largest stadiums in FCS. The marching band, enthusiastic fans, and rich tradition create an unforgettable experience.
