Saban Field at Bryant-Denny Stadium is the home of the Alabama Crimson Tide and one of the most intimidating environments in college football. Named for legendary coaches Paul "Bear" Bryant and George H. Denny, the stadium has been the site of multiple national championship seasons.

Originally opened in 1929 as Denny Stadium (named for university president George H. Denny), it replaced Denny Field. The stadium has undergone continuous expansion as Alabama's program grew in national prominence.

Best Seats

The west side offers shade for afternoon games. Lower-level seats near the 50-yard line are premium. The student section (southeast corner) is notoriously loud.

Parking Tips

Campus lots require permits on game days. Arrive 4-5 hours early for tailgating on the Quad. RV parking available at Paty Lot. Walk-up parking limited.

Game Day

Watch the "Walk of Champions" as players enter through the tunnel. The "Rammer Jammer" chant after victories is a Tuscaloosa tradition. Dreamland BBQ is a local favorite.
