Ernest W. Spangler Stadium is an 8,500-seat FCS venue in Boiling Springs, North Carolina, opened in 1969 as the home of the Gardner–Webb Runnin' Bulldogs. A $7 million renovation in 2005 added a Football Center housing coaches' offices, athletic weight facilities, a president's box, press box, and luxury boxes. The playing surface is artificial turf.
