Husky Stadium is the on-campus home of the Houston Christian Huskies football team, located at 7502 Fondren Road in Houston, Texas. The facility opened on September 6, 2014, with a capacity of 5,000 and a FieldTurf playing surface. The field is named Dunham Field. Construction cost approximately $13 million, and the stadium was designed by architect PGAL. The Huskies compete in the Southland Conference at the NCAA Division I FCS level. The program was known as the Houston Baptist Huskies until the university renamed itself Houston Christian University on September 21, 2022.
Built in 2014 to provide Houston Christian University (formerly Houston Baptist) with a proper on-campus football facility as the program transitioned to FCS competition.
The main grandstand offers covered seating with good sightlines across the compact stadium. Being a smaller venue, most seats provide an up-close view of the action.
On-campus parking is available near the stadium. Houston traffic can be heavy, so arrive with extra time before kickoff.
The stadium is located on the Houston Christian campus in southwest Houston, providing easy access to the city's extensive dining and entertainment options.
