📖About L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium

L&N Federal Credit Union Stadium holds 60,545 and is Louisville's first on-campus football stadium in 99 years. Opened in 2024 to replace Papa John's Cardinal Stadium, it features the iconic Howard Schnellenberger statue and one of the nation's newest college football venues.

Origins

Opened August 31, 2024 with a 62-0 win over Austin Peay. Named for Louisville-based L&N Federal Credit Union after a 15-year, $40M naming rights deal. The stadium replaced the off-campus Papa John's Cardinal Stadium.

The Stadium Club offers all-inclusive hospitality. Premium club seats on the west side. Lower bowl sections provide great sightlines. Student section is behind the south end zone.
